Two-Click Reminder 1.4 released

On July 23, 2011, Domador Software released Two-Click Reminder 1.4.

This release adds a few features and fixes a bug.

Two-Click Reminder now lets you bring up the main window anytime with a hot key. The default hot key combination is “Windows Key + Z”, but you can change it to something else (or turn it off).

The reminder windows now flash to make sure you don’t miss them. This feature can also be customized (or turned off).

The main window and reminder windows can now be set to appear at certain convenient positions on the screen (such as in the bottom right corner, in the center of the screen, on top, etc.)

Finally, there was a small bug fix. The reminder window was not displaying the custom times after one pressed the Set Again button. However, it now works properly.

Upcoming Two-Click Reminder price change

Dear Two-Click Reminder users,

This is just to let you know that Two-Click Reminder will soon undergo a price change. As of August 1, 2011, registration keys will be sold for $14 (USD). Be sure to register before then if you want to take advantage of the $7 introductory price.

You can always keep using the free, unregistered version, if you prefer. However, we hope you come to find Two-Click Reminder to be an indispensable time-management tool, one worth investing into and funding its continued development.

Thanks you very much.

Two-Click Reminder 1.3 released

On June 17, 2011, Domador Software released Two-Click Reminder 1.3, a version with plentiful improvements.

All pending and past reminders can now be viewed from a new tab. The registered version also allows you to edit existing reminders and change the time when they display or the message they show. Both the free and the registered versions allow you to deactivate pending reminders if you want to keep them from displaying.

The “Remind me at” fields now provide drop-down lists with common options for times at which you may wish to display reminders. Also, times and dates are displayed more clearly and concisely, omitting redundant information (such as the date for reminders scheduled for today).

There are many other small improvements. Be sure to check them out! The new version can be downloaded from the Two-Click Reminder releases page:

(The documentation on the main Two-Click Reminder page hasn’t been updated with screenshots for the new version. It will be updated soon, though.)

Two-Click Reminder 1.2 released

On May 23, 2011, Domador Software released Two-Click Reminder 1.2.
This new version provides the option to play a sound when a reminder
is displayed. A default sound is provided, but you can replace it
with a custom file of your choosing.

A button has been added to reminder windows to let you redisplay the
reminder at a later time.

Finally, Two-Click Reminder now checks to see if it’s already running
when you open it up. If it’s already running, the main window is
displayed. Now, in addition to clicking on the Two-Click Reminder
icon in the System Tray, you can bring up the main window by clicking
on a Two-Click Reminder shortcut on your desktop, pinned to the
Taskbar, in your Quick Launch menu, or from the Start menu (provided
you have previously placed a Two-Click Reminder shortcut in such
locations).

The new version can be downloaded from the main Two-Click Reminder
page:
